This past new York fashion Week was a bit of a let down on a variety of levels, from the seriously frigid temperatures to the lack of great bags that went down the runway. There were some magnificent collections when it pertained to the clothing, however overall, the handbags weren’t amazing. Amanda discussed the lack of great American luxury bag brands yesterday, as well as that issue is prevalent when it pertains to recapping the best bags of NYFW for fall 2015.
Some brands are still solidifying new direction by means of creative directors or reinvention of the brand aesthetic, while others continue to do much of what they’ve done for years before. Of course, what goes down the runway as well as what ends up in stores can be very different, so we will have to wait to see what comes out.
In the meantime, here at the 16 best bags of new York fashion Week.
